In a fiery rebuke on "Fox & Friends," Veterans Affairs Secretary Doug Collins slammed California leadership for turning a blind eye to the fallout from the recent anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles, which forced the abrupt closure of a vital ambulatory clinic serving displaced veterans. The chaos, far from the so-called "peaceful" protests touted by some officials, saw law enforcement under siege as radicals hurled objects and turned the streets into battlegrounds. Collins pointed squarely at Governor Gavin Newsom and local leaders for prioritizing politics over people — particularly the city's vulnerable, homeless veteran population now left without crucial medical care. "They're just trying to live their lives," Collins declared, spotlighting yet another example of failed progressive policies leaving America’s heroes out in the cold.
