The FDA is sounding the alarm on three separate nationwide drug recalls, flagging possible health risks tied to thyroid pills, an injectable antibiotic and a blood vessel medication. The affected products include certain lots of levothyroxine sodium tablets from Major Pharmaceuticals, Cefazolin in Dextrose Injection from Baxter International, and Papaverine Hydrochloride Injection from American Regent, all recalled over manufacturing problems.
