In the wake of the New Year’s attack on people in New Orleans’ French Quarter in the early hours of Wednesday morning, investigators have reportedly reviewed footage showing three men and a woman placing an IED in connection with the attack.
The revelation was part of a Louisiana State Police bulletin obtained by the Associated Press. FBI Spokesperson Aletha Duncan said in a Wednesday afternoon press conference that authorities do not believe Shamsud-Din Jabbar worked alone in the attack, which killed at least 10 people and injured dozens of others. The incident is being investigated as a terrorist attack.
