Rep. Eric Swalwell, once the Democratic frontrunner in California’s governor’s race, is now in free-fall after denying rape and sexual assault allegations in a Friday video filmed at the Beverly Hills mansion of his billionaire benefactor Stephen Cloobeck, The Post has learned. The shocker: the denial came as endorsements and fundraising collapsed within hours of the San Francisco Chronicle’s bombshell report, with Swalwell insisting, “These allegations of sexual assault are flat out false,” and vowing, “I will fight them with everything that I have.”
