Court filings in Provo are pouring gasoline on the Charlie Kirk murder plot case: DNA, fingerprints and a chilling confession note allegedly written by Tyler Robinson to his partner before the attempted killing now sit at the center of the prosecution’s case. A newly unsealed ATF ballistics report says a bullet fragment could not be conclusively tied to the suspected weapon, but a spent casing did match — and prosecutors say separate testing found DNA consistent with Robinson’s on the gun, a towel and three of four rounds. The evidence is tightening, the pressure is mounting, and the fight over Robinson’s fate is only getting uglier.
