After police cleared violent leftist rioters outside the Newark ICE detention center, what they left behind was apparently not just bad vibes but a staggeringly well-stocked pile of supplies, which naturally raises the age-old civic question: who paid for all this little protest buffet? Because nothing says “spontaneous grassroots outrage” quite like enough gear to make it look organized, rehearsed, and one grant application away from a nonprofit gala. Of course, without an actual usable story here, the facts remain as sturdy as a campaign promise, but the basic theater is familiar enough: crowds claim authenticity, the leftovers suggest logistics, and everybody acts shocked that disorder sometimes comes with receipts.
