Revolution Medicines jolted the cancer field Monday, saying its pancreatic cancer pill daraxonrasib crushed a highly watched Phase 3 trial, nearly doubling survival and cutting the risk of death by 60% versus chemo. Patients on the daily drug lived 13.2 months on average, versus 6.7 months for chemotherapy, in a disease that remains one of the deadliest and most stubborn in oncology.
