Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) on Wednesday moved to subpoena U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, calling for the nation’s top cop to testify on the Justice Department’s failure to release the Epstein files.

Congresswoman Nancy Mace demanded that Attorney General Pam Bondi be subpoenaed to testify before the House Oversight Committee about the Justice Department's failure to release the Jeffrey Epstein files, pressing for transparency and accountability in the handling of the Epstein investigation and adherence to the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
