Minneapolis Chief Brian O’Hara is facing 22 misconduct investigations. He has been willing to rush to condemn ICE agents, but now wants a fair hearing for his own accusations.

Chief Brian O’Hara has used his position to criticize ICE, particularly during its surge in the Twin Cities. MINNEAPOLIS CHIEF O’HARA FACES 22 MISCONDUCT PROBES AFTER SLAMMING ICE’S “LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY” — Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara, who has been quick to condemn Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents over arrests and a Border Patrol shooting, is now under 22 open misconduct complaints himself and is asking for the fairness he denied others. The irony is glaring: after calling out federal officers for a supposed “lack of accountability,” O’Hara now wants grace as his own three-year appointment has expired and his record comes under the microscope.
