LONDON STABBING … VISIBLY JEWISH… NOT SAFE?

Britain’s chief rabbi delivered a chilling warning Thursday after two men were stabbed in a London neighborhood already rattled by a string of antisemitic attacks: “If you are visibly Jewish, you’re not safe.” One victim was attacked at a bus stop while putting on his kippah, another on the street in Golders Green, which police called a terrorist incident. Both men are in stable condition, but the shock is deepening as the suspect, a 45-year-old man, had previously been referred to the government’s Prevent counter-extremism program. In London’s Jewish community, fear is now the story.
