A JPMorgan Chase executive is facing explosive accusations in a new New York lawsuit, with a junior banker alleging sexual abuse, racial harassment and career coercion after months of unwanted advances that turned threatening. The complaint says Lorna Hajdini, an executive director in JPMC’s leveraged finance division, called the married employee a “Brown boy Indian,” tried to force humiliating sex acts, and warned, “If you don’t f**k me soon, I’m going to ruin you, never forget, I f**king own you.” The bank is thrust into a toxic workplace scandal with serious legal and reputational stakes.
