In a stunning escalation of Middle East tensions, Iran has launched a devastating salvo of ballistic missiles into Israel, reportedly striking Mossad's heavily guarded headquarters near Tel Aviv—a brazen, unprecedented assault on Israel’s heart of intelligence. Towering plumes of thick black smoke filled the night sky above the Glilot military intelligence base, believed to be a key node for Unit 8200, Israel’s elite cyber warfare division. While the Israeli government seeks to downplay the scale of the damage, claiming only a parking lot was hit, Iranian state media gleefully broadcast the Islamic Revolutionary Guard's declaration that Israel’s intelligence planning center is now ablaze. As Iran hails the strike as a “success” and continues a vengeful barrage in response to Tel Aviv’s regime-change ambitions, Israel has responded forcefully, eliminating yet another high-ranking Iranian general and hammering critical Iranian oil infrastructure in an effort to cripple the Islamic Republic’s economy. The conflict is spiraling into an all-out shadow war targeting the very command and control centers of both nations—leaving the Biden administration conspicuously silent while the region burns.
