Bloodied and grieving, seven-year-old Aline Saeed survived an Israeli strike on her family home in south Lebanon only to lose her infant sister and other relatives as a hoped-for truce collapsed into more violence. The attack in Srifa came on the first day of a U.S.-Iran ceasefire many in Lebanon believed might bring relief, but instead Israeli strikes have killed more than 350 across the country, turning any hope of calm into fresh burial after burial.
