A jailed illegal immigrant serving 39 to 102 years for the brutal killing of Michigan woman Ruby Garcia is now suing President Trump, claiming he was humiliated when his case was blasted as a campaign warning about crime and immigration — and demanding $75 million, a public apology, and U.S. citizenship. Brandon Ortiz-Vite, 27, says Trump and White House aide Steven Cheung used his murder case to make a point, after Trump called him “America’s problem” and featured his mugshot in ads. The case, already a symbol in the immigration wars, has exploded again — with the convicted killer now trying to turn the spotlight back on the man who put it there.
