Wall Street ripped higher Friday after Iran declared the Strait of Hormuz “completely open” following a ceasefire tied to Israel and Lebanon, slashing fears of a major oil shock and sending crude tumbling. The Dow soared 702 points, the S&P 500 and Nasdaq hit fresh intraday records, and the Russell 2000 also touched a new high as traders dumped safe-haven panic and piled back into risk.
