The Senate scramble in South Carolina just got a whole lot bigger: Darline Graham Nordone, the sister of the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, says she’s “in” and will run for a full term, not just serve as a placeholder. In an interview set to air Monday on Fox News, she said the decision came after “tremendous pressure,” prayer, and family talks — and after President Trump publicly urged her to stay on and promised his “complete and total endorsement.” The filing window opens Tuesday, and the move upends the assumption she would be a temporary stand-in, setting up an immediate Republican fight over one of the state’s most watched seats.
