The hunt for answers in the Nancy Guthrie abduction case just got a major boost: the FBI has received DNA evidence from the Tucson home, including test results from a hair sample, as investigators push deeper into advanced testing that could crack the mystery of the 84-year-old’s disappearance. Sources say the evidence was gathered from Guthrie’s house and sent along after early analysis hit a snag with a mixed DNA sample, while Pima County deputies say they’ve been sharing material with the FBI from the start and that the case remains very much active, with DNA work still ongoing.
