A Justice Department report is igniting a firestorm, alleging the Biden administration weaponized federal law by selectively targeting pro-life activists under the FACE Act, after reviewing more than 700,000 internal records. DOJ officials say prosecutors worked with abortion-rights groups, pushed for harsher sentences, and in some cases withheld evidence or tried to block jurors based on religion — with Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche blasting it as a “two-tiered system of justice” that “will not happen again.”
