DEMOCRATS’ BLACKMAIL MACHINE… SWALWELL DRAMA OPEN SECRET
Stephen Miller lit into Democrats Tuesday, accusing the party of running a “blackmail regime” to control its own members as disgraced former Rep. Eric Swalwell collapsed under a cascade of sexual misconduct allegations. Swalwell has suspended his California governor bid and resigned from Congress, while a fifth woman publicly accused him Tuesday of drugging, raping and choking her in a Beverly Hills hotel room in 2018, claims he denies. For Republicans, the scandal is a brutal reminder of a Washington “open secret” they say Democrats tolerated only while Swalwell was useful.
