Far-left Democrat and self-proclaimed socialist Zohran Mamdani is under fire after sharing a shocking, culturally insensitive video mocking the sacred Jewish holiday of Hanukkah. The footage, originally posted on his X account, features two Indian men donning false beards and wigs, dancing behind a menorah and playing with dreidels in a bizarre attempt at satire. Jewish watchdog group Stop Antisemitism swiftly condemned the video, calling it a “sick” display of “cosplaying Jews” and accused Mamdani of using Jewish traditions as comedic fodder. This isn’t the only affront from the controversial Queens lawmaker — Mamdani also disturbed voters by invoking the trauma of the October 7th terrorist attacks in pro-campaign messages. As this radical candidate climbs in the polls, many are asking: how far will New York’s Democrats go in embracing anti-religious mockery and far-left extremism?
