Washington hit a flashpoint Wednesday as Senate Democrats on the Judiciary subcommittee appeared poised to boycott a hearing on the Muslim Brotherhood’s ties to terrorist groups, including Hamas, blasting it as a GOP “creepshow” and accusing Republicans of scapegoating Muslims. The no-show threat turned a national security hearing chaired by Sen. Ted Cruz into a fresh partisan brawl, with the Brotherhood’s long-running U.S. presence and its terror-linked branches back in the spotlight.
