We are closely monitoring the evolving situation in the Middle East and would like to provide you with an update on what it means for your shipments and our services across the region. As conditions develop, we are taking proactive measures to protect our people, safety, safeguard cargo integrity and maintain the stability of our network.

We are actively monitoring the unfolding situation in the Middle East and taking proactive measures to ensure the safety of our personnel, protect cargo, and maintain service stability despite significant disruptions. Several countries have temporarily closed their airspaces, leading to flight cancellations and rerouting that may cause delays and longer transit times, with sea and ground operations also affected by restrictions and staffing challenges. While landside services like trucking and rail remain operational, border congestion and customs delays are expected, prompting potential schedule changes and cost adjustments. Bookings made before this advisory are under careful review, and in-transit cargo is closely managed. We urge customers to consult with Maersk representatives to explore alternative routes and solutions beyond the impacted areas as we prioritize resilience and safety amid this evolving crisis.
