Sen. Joni Ernst says Biden administration officials may have broken the law by hiding nearly $90 million in COVID-era loans and forgiveness for Planned Parenthood and affiliates, after the Small Business Administration had already ruled the group ineligible as a small business. Ernst says top officials, including SBA Administrator Isabella Guzman, used “Benghazi” in emails to mask the nonprofit’s name and keep the White House in the loop — a paper trail she says warrants a Justice Department probe under a record-concealment statute.
