A stunning new claim says that in just one state, 14,000 people receiving SNAP benefits were driving luxury vehicles, including 3 Bentleys, 3 Ferraris, 11 Lamborghinis, 59 Maseratis, 141 Porsches, 244 Alfa Romeos, 306 Land Rovers and 2,098 Teslas, sparking outrage over fraud and abuse in a program meant to help those most in need. The post says the system has been “gamed” at the taxpayer’s expense, touts a task force to eliminate fraud, and says 4.3 million Americans have been moved off SNAP, while insisting there is still more work to do.
