A Miami federal jury has hit Carnival Cruise Line with a $300,000 judgment after finding the company negligently kept serving Diana Sanders more than a dozen tequila shots before she fell down stairs and suffered a possible traumatic brain injury — a stinging verdict that puts cruise booze policies under the microscope.
